My name is Nicholas Fury Batson and I have a strong passion for management through hands on engagement and utilizing my skills to efficiently create a diverse, multi-discipline organization. I have obtained these skills through my extensive background and earning my degrees in Bachelor of Computer Science and Master of Business Administration, with honors. I possess proficient skills in presenting, communicating, and engaging with individual contributors all the way through to highest level leadership, including CEO’s, presidents, and high-ranking government officials. These skills also encompass managing multiple projects of varying in size and complexity, leading multi-discipline teams, and administering change management processes. My strong background in business management and my technical prowess allows me to effectively manage and deliver high quality products with a combination of cross-cultural communication to sell it.

My current role as the Program Engineer for an Airforce Program Management Office allows me to oversee and dictate the success of a $150 million program of record. I have successfully led the program in obtaining a Department of Defense approved continuous authority to operate and a self-sustaining, cloud centric delivery pipeline. This pipeline has been adopted and utilized for multiple government programs, allowing them to seamlessly deploy and deliver their products to our service members. Along with this, I have also successfully transitioned the program to adopt and adapt to an agile environment to facilitate faster product releases and responses to customer feedback requests. This process increased our product delivery from twice a year to twice a quarter. I am also responsible for creating and managing contractual documentation from development to closing, such as Statement of Works, level of effort projections, Period of Performances, and other program related contracts.

With my extensive experience, combined with my education and knowledge, I firmly believe that my skills allow me to exceed any requirements and expectations that are asked and allow me to deliver superior results. My ability to be self-driven, highly motivated, quick learner, and team player accompany the previously stated skills and allow me to drive and foster a productive diverse culture and highly efficient program.
